Crisis Support

Please note that it is beyond the remit of my service to offer crisis mental health intervention. If you feel that you are at risk of self-harm or making an attempt on your life, it is important that you seek urgent help. The following services are available to offer support:

-Dial NHS 111 and select option 2. This is a 24 hour helpline from which you can access support from a trained mental heath professional.

-To find a local mental health crisis service, please access:

Mental Health Helpline for Urgent Help - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

You can also go directly to your nearest A&E department where you will be assessed by a trained mental health professional.

If it would be helpful to access additional support and talk to someone about anything that is troubling you, please contact:

The Samaritans: Call 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org

Shout Crisis Text Line. Text SHOUT to 85258. Or text “YM” if you are under 19 years of age.
